xmr-exchange.io Disclaimer on Rates and Networks
xmr-exchange.io provides crypto-to-crypto order information and a way to request an exchange of a chosen Monero amount. Read the live form and order terms before sending funds; reference calculations, charts and examples do not create an executable quote.
This page explains which details depend on our service, the blockchain or your receiving wallet. For an individual issue, contact support with the order ID.
Rates and Quote Conditions
A general market rate can change and may differ from an executable order quote. The live quote reflects the selected route, rate mode, service commission and applicable network fee.
Fixed and floating modes have different rules. A fixed quote is held for 15 minutes, subject to the stated condition for a market movement greater than 1.3% before deposit detection. A floating result follows the market when the funds reach the service balance and the exchange is executed.
Availability and Amount Limits
The stated service range begins at 0.3 XMR and extends to 70,000 XMR, but a particular payout route or network may have a different minimum, maximum or current availability. The form must confirm the option for the exact amount you want to send.
A reference result for another amount does not establish the payout for this order. Do not send a larger or smaller deposit to an address issued for a different quote expecting the terms to scale automatically.
Blockchain Confirmations and Timing
An incoming XMR transfer requires 40 confirmations under the service's processing rule, followed by two additional minutes after funds are credited to the service balance. Exchange processing and the receiving network's payout are separate stages.
Blockchain congestion, wallet behavior and route conditions can affect when an order completes. The fixed-rate hold is a quote condition, not a guarantee of end-to-end processing within 15 minutes.
Addresses, Networks and Third-Party Wallets
You are responsible for entering a receiving address and selecting a payout network accepted by your wallet or custodial platform. Check its deposit requirements, including minimums and any required identifiers, before creating an order.
A confirmed blockchain transfer cannot simply be reversed. We provide the order's deposit details and process a payout according to its selected route; a third-party wallet or network may have its own conditions outside our control.
Order Review and Available Remedies
An order may require attention because of a different deposit amount, a route issue or a risk review. The options depend on what happened and may include continuing under revised terms, requesting information, cancellation or a return where feasible.
Do not assume an automatic refund or send funds to a new address mentioned outside the current order. Read the AML Policy for review cases and use Contacts for a specific order.
Independent Information, Not Advice
xmr-exchange.io is an independent service. Mentioning an asset, blockchain, wallet or trading venue does not state an affiliation or endorsement.
The site does not provide investment, tax or legal advice. You decide whether a particular asset, rate mode and receiving destination fit your needs, and you remain responsible for checking the rules applicable to your use.
Frequently Asked Questions
These answers distinguish market information from the terms of a live order. Keep the order ID if you need a case-specific explanation.
Is a general market rate my exchange rate?
No. The order states the rate behavior and payout for the selected route and mode. A general market price does not include all of its conditions.
Does a valid address guarantee a successful payout?
The wallet must also accept the chosen asset and network and meet its deposit conditions. Check these on the receiving platform before sending XMR.
Can the full exchange finish in 15 minutes?
It may, but the fixed-rate window is not a completion promise. Confirmation, processing and payout are separate stages.
Where can I ask about a specific transfer?
Contact support with the order ID and transaction hash. Never share a seed phrase or private key.
