xmr-exchange.io is designed for a standard crypto-to-crypto order without mandatory account registration. That account model does not remove the possibility of an order review or a request for additional information.

A review may end with the order continuing, a request for further information, a pause, cancellation or a refund path where one is available and permitted. The outcome depends on the facts of the order and the applicable process.
A blockchain transfer cannot be undone by changing an order field. If a return is possible, its route and conditions must be given for the individual case; do not send another deposit or assume a refund address without instructions.
How an AML Review Relates to Privacy
